From a difficult triangular plot, we have created a landmark building on Landor Road, North Clapham.

Its exciting design features a copper swirl reflecting the theatrical heritage of Landor Road. The local authority had previously rejected a number of planning applications by previous owners but we were able to work with the council to produce this unique building.

The awkwardness of the plot and its location on a busy road made construction less than straightforward. Using a timber
frame system, we were able to go from concrete slab to four storeys in two weeks; keeping disruption to local residents and businesses to a minimum. Information about sales can be found on our agent's website.
